Holographer vacancy

I am aware of a UK based company who is seeking to employ a holographer, permenant, full time.
The company produces surface relief embossed holograms supplied as labels or hot stamping foil.
The holographer will be required to originate masters for the embossing process via H1-H2, using silver halide and photoresist recording materials.
This is a real oppertunity for somebody to work/train in the mainstream holographic industry.

so they have decided not to have a holographer in their holography company??

I believe this was to be an additional holographer to expand their existing experienced team of holographers and graphic designers
